on friday night we headed to dallas to look at christmas lights! they do it up BIG which is always fun! we ate yummy sprinkles cupcakes-and saw our new friend "Brit Sprinkles" who works there (we met her at the pioneer woman book signing) and we all enjoyed trying everyone else's super delish cupcakes and washed them down with mmmmm chocolate milk! afterwards, yes, afterwards (because sprinkles closes early!) we headed to snuffers to stuff our faces with cheese fries-"i die" so fantastic & totally healthy :) then it was off to look at lights! they were beautiful! chloe loved the colored lights and the ones with those big blow up things in their yard (of course) :) and then-the highlight of the night-we're driving through highland park village and right there next to my car-walking in the parking lot is Owen Wilson. after i peed my pants i totally gathered myself and stalked him-all through the parking lot! i wanted to say something-but had no clue what to say! "Oh my gosh! You're Owen Wilson"?! "I really like your movies?!" "You wanna ride? Here, let me just move toys, sippy cups, snacks, etc out of the way so that you can sit next to my 3 year old in her car seat?" Great pick up line-right? Oh well-Nate snapped a quick blurry pic after he probably clued into us and off we went! :) fun times...fun times :)
