what's missing?

hmmmm...a diaper! i put chloe down for her nap today without any pants on because I thought she might be too warm! When I went in to get her up she was standing up smiling at me, with NO diaper on! She very quickly picked up her diaper and handed it to me! Luckily she had NOT gone to the bathroom in her crib yet! Thank heavens! From now on...we are ALWAYS wearing pants! :)

Thursday Playdate

Yesterday we had lunch at The Taylors house with The Bales. It was fun to see our friends and play. Here are some pictures of Chloe and Coleman jamming out on the piano and Caleb and Chloe playing with a cup of ice-just about anything is entertaining at this age! Thanks Taylors for having us! :)

double ear infections

we found out on tuesday that chloe had double ear infections-YUCK! she had been super fussy, but she is cutting her last molar so we thought that was it...wrong. Oh well-nothing some powerful antibiotics can't fix right up! now she is doing great! here are some pictures of her and mimi reading a story and showing off her new sticker that she got from the doctor!

Oh, what a beautiful day...

Yesterday we met Mandy, Abby, Brynn and Ally at the park for lunch. The girls fed the ducks, blew bubbles and played in the park and on the swings. I attempted to feed Chloe lunch...but the swings and playscape were calling her name! It was such a beautiful day...it was fun to spend it with friends!

When Nate got home we all went for a bike ride. By this time, it was getting to get a bit windy! I attempted to actually video part of our bike ride-probably not the safest idea...but I included it below. It is NOT easy...don't try this at home kids! Please ignore my annoying voice, (ughh!!) and the wind that was blowing which gets kinda loud!

Best 3 Bucks I Ever Spent!

Today Chloe and I stopped by a Sample Sale/Garage Sale in our neighborhood. I decided to splurge and spend a whopping $3 on this Little Tikes slide....and boy was it worth it! Chloe loves it! She can do it all by herself and she even let "Baby" go down the slide! She seriously probably played with the slide for 45 minutes this afternoon! Yea!!! Gotta love it! :)

Ella Bella & Crazy Chloe

Today sweet Ella came over to play with Chloe. Ellas mommy had a doctors appointment for their new baby, Avery, so Chloe and Ella read books, colored, fought over the plastic pickle jar (?!) and played chase. Then tonight I was getting ready to leave for Bunko and came into the living room to leave and found my crazy daughter with pants on her head! I think that Chloe had fun with her daddy while I was gone, even if she was wearing pajama pants on her head!

Special Delivery!

Last night we baked brownies and took them to our neighbor Mr. B! He is having surgery so we loaded up "Baby", a get well soon drawing and brownies and brought it next door! Chloe was very excited! As soon as we walked up to their door Chloe started unpacking her cart! Here are some pictures of Chloe making her special delivery!

Hi...it's me Chloe! Today was very exciting! We went to the library for story time with my friends Brooke, Caleb and Caroline and then hit up McDonald's where I enjoyed some taaaasty chicken nuggets! Then Brooke came back to my house to borrow some tutu's and cowboy boots for her big one year photo shoot this weekend! Here are some pictures of us:

i'll tell ya...its A.M.! Yes, this morning I got up at the crack of dawn to sign Chloe up for preschool! I arrived around 3 and I was the 4th person there. The first of whom arrived at 9 p.m the night before! Oh, the things we do to get our kids into preschool! I had actually planned on getting there around 5, but couldn't sleep so I figured I might as well "not sleep" in the parking lot! By 5:00 there were at least 10 people...so I guess it was a good thing I got there when I did, and...the good news is that Chloe got in!

Valentine Daddy

Yesterday Nate came home from work with a very special valentine surprise for Chloe girl, one of her favorite things...a balloon! Chloe drug it around with her all evening! Thanks Daddy! We love you!

Valentine Playdate

today we had the bales and the taylors over for a valentine playdate! the kids had fun eating lunch, coloring and playing. the weather is beautiful today and so we all went outside and played with the bubbles. here are some pictures!

A Valentine Package

a valentine package arrived at our door step today from Grandma & Grandpa! Chloe was very curious about it, as you can see in the picture, and helped me get it open! inside were all types of valentine goodies for her and her friends! she has already sampled some valentine heart crackers and is carrying around the valentine purse right now! what a fun surprise grandma & grandpa! thank you so much! my little valentine loved it all!!!
