camp sunshine-day one!

do you remember camp sunshine last year? it was so much fun-but it made for one CRAZY week! So this year we decided to do it instead on Fridays throughout the summer! Tara hosted our first Friday and it was PIGTASTIC! :0 The kids wore pig-tails and pink shirts and sang pig songs, painted pig pictures, ate pig snacks, and made little piggie noses and tails for us to chase them with!

for lunch today chloe and i picked up sonic and headed to kid country to have a picnic and play! for some reason she looks very serious in all of these...i promise she had fun! :0

when chloe woke up from her nap after school on wednesday we surprised her with a new water table! she was so excited and kept yelling, "my prize! my prize!" i figured it would be a good activity that we could keep in the shade on hot summer days! she loves the little penguin that slides down the water slide and the funny little walrus and polar bear that squirt water! afterwards she wanted to stay outside all evening, playing soccer with daddy and swinging on her swing set! it was a perfect night!

yesterday was chloe's last day of preschool! she had a fun day playing in the bounce house and saying bye to all of her friends and sweet teachers! after school we went for ice cream at mcdonalds with the taylors!

on monday we headed home from houston! when we got home we had mom, dad, lance & lindsay all over for dinner & cooked out! here is our little memorial day cutie!

sunday night we went to our friend jon weitzels birthday party at a karaoke bar in houston! we had a great time! happy birthday jon!

on sunday we headed down to galveston! it rained the WHOLE way there and we were so glad that it cleared up right before we got to the beach! chloe had a great time playing in the ocean, building puddles in the sand and searching for seashells!

on saturday we hung out outside and when chloe napped, julie & I ran to go shopping! when chloe woke up we hit the pool for awhile!   afterwards nates sister and her boyfriend came over to eat dinner and play wii!
