Saturday evening we took Chloe to Oaktoberfest and ate barbecue with our friends the taylors. the kids loved dancing to the music and getting balloons! no train rides, bounce houses or face painting for us....the lines were tooooo long! luckily a balloon and a couple of friends can keep chloe happy! :0

butterflies and babies

on saturday morning we headed over to grapevine for butterfly flutterby.  We sat together and ate tasty donuts, watched the parade of all the butterfly kids and even saw a scarecrow.  I think Chloe's favorite part might have been the popcorn and all the dogs dressed up like butterflies! Afterwards we stopped by the hospital to drop off an order to our sweet friend Lindsay who just had her baby! We got to see sweet baby Grant and Chloe kept saying, "baby, mine, mine, mine"  I finally just quit arguing with her and said "Uh, huh...that's your baby!" Hey-whatever works right?!

fall fest

on thursday evening we went to chloe's preschool fall fest.  we sat with our friends, the williams, and ate yummy chick-fil-a! Chloe had fun playing with her friends on the playground and decorating her pumpkin!

on thursday i picked up Coleman so that Mary could have baby Libby all to herself! :0 We had so much fun...and I got to find out how hard it would be to have twins! we started out at little gym with ecpta, luckily we were there with katherine (mother of twins) and anna (mother of twins) so it was all kinds of crazy! afterwards we hit up Cici's for some dee-lish pizza and those soooo addictive cinnamon thingys.  then came the tricky part-how do you go to wal-mart with two kids? seriously? how do you do it?! they don't both fit in the front part of the cart and chloe never does well in those "car" carts.  So...this was us...in wal-mart...luckily I didn't have to get too much stuff, and yes I bribed them with a rice krispie treat-hey whats a girl to do?!

on friday night we went to the coppell/southlake football game.  i have said this before, but chloe LOVES the games.  she will talk all week about the band, "boom, boom" and the "ball" and yell, "go, go, go!" This time we all loved the game! Coppell ended up winning, which was a pretty big deal! It went into double overtime so we didn't even get in the car to leave (sit in traffic) until 11:15.  Chloe was a mega trooper! She totally rocked! We bought her popcorn and a ring pop and she was set for the night! She just hung out, stood on her chair, cheered, danced to the band and people watched!

chloe's REAL birthday!

Okay, so I am a horrible blogger! I've been a bit busy with proofs but I'm back!!!

Last Wednesday was Chloes real birthday! She had tshirt day at school and then we went to visit Mimi at her school.  Mimi's entire class sang happy birthday to chloe!

hmmm...maybe next year-as Nate said, "We don't even have room for that in our garage, thats like whole 'nother parking spot!" 

So, Chloe finally decided on this...

Yes, I swore I would never buy all that disney logo "crap" but I gave in! She got a Disney Princess chair (at least it was pink) and a Mickey Mouse table thingy. Oh well, it may be a bit tacky...but she LOVES it!!!! Happy Real birthday Chloe girl!!!

NEW BLOG!!!

Some of you have already visited the new site, but I wanted to let everyone know that the new anthologie blog is up and running! I needed something easier to use and something that would allow for huge pictures! Yea! So...go check it out and let me know what you think! 2 year checkup!

Yesterday we had Chloe's 2 year check up! She did great! She jumped, twirled and even marched for the doctor! She is in the 50% for weight, 90% for height and as usual her head is in the 95%! I was surprised about her height though! Maybe she will take after Nate!! Afterwards, we headed to Cici's to have pizza and play some games! It was barely sprinkling outside when we got home, but Chloe had spotted her umbrella so we took a little walk outside! Grandma Julie-I think the umbrella was a big hit! :) She didn't want to put it down!

Mary's Shower

On Sunday afternoon we had one of my best friends in the whole wide worlds baby shower at the house.  We had some super yummy ice cream treats, which were, of course...deee-lish! Yum! I loved getting to see all of baby Libbys sweet, little girly things! We had the shower a month before her due date...but it was just in time because sweet baby Libby decided she wanted to come early and was born yesterday! I'll post pictures of Libby soon, Mary, I wish I had taken a picture of you and I in your hospital bed last night eating Kripsy Kreme! Mmmmmmm....I love you girl!
