We had a blast at the annual Night before Christmas Eve party at the yostes house! Santa and mrs. claus made their appearance again, giving gifts to all the children!! Chloe was super nervous about seeing santa again, as you can tell from these pics! :0

christmas by candelight & WidowBird

we had so much fun at our annual christmas ladies event! yummy food, great door prizes, good friends and a fabulous speaker! tina wesson , the winner of Survivor the Australian outback, came and spoke! She has a great story and is such a sweet Christian woman. 

Nate and I also launched our new ministry/non-profit, "WidowBird" that evening!  It is a ministry that provides hope to widows & orphans locally & globally. You can see the video here. The Coppell High School paper did a story today on WidowBird which can be found here... 

The ticket sales benefited WidowBird and we did a little video and sold merchandise that benefits the widow/orphan initiatives! It was so exciting but I was sooooo nervous for some reason! :) God is so good though and it feels so good to have worked so hard for something and it be well received! i can't wait to see how God can use us!

seeing Santa!

 well, as usual, Chloe was NOT a big fan of Santa. We waited in line and she seemed fine until it was our turn and she  immediately started crying! I'm thinking, oh no, here we are in the middle of neimans crying our head off and we've waited in line and you AREN'T going to get your picture taken now?!?! luckily the photographer tricked chloe by telling her that Santa needed to feed his reindeer so he would just take some pics of her, meanwhile Santa snuck up beside her! She had NO idea! Nate & I were laughing sooo hard! For the last picture she turned and realized he was right there and jumped down and ran over to us! Thank goodness we got a good one! :)

Chloe's school Christmas program

sweet girl did so good last week at her program! she sang "sweet baby Jesus" and "Twinkle Twinkle Shining Star". She was just the cutest little angel and we were sooooo proud of her!!!
